Emergency codes are listed on your Badge Buddy along with fire procedures. You may reference
this when answering questions from an auditor or when calling in a code. Bethesda’s Emergency
Codes are changing this summer to match the rest of Baptist Health’s hospital-based and
nonhospital-based codes. Bethesda will retain a few unique codes.

Hospital-Based Codes

It is critical to know all
emergency codes and
how to respond to them
appropriately.
At Bethesda Hospital East
dial 87777.
At Bethesda Hospital West
dial 77777.

Non-Hospital-Based
Codes

From these centers you
will need to report an
emergency by calling 911.
