How can you be prepared?

• Be aware of what you do in your job in
relation to patient safety and quality.

• Know your role in responding to emergency
situations (fire, disaster, bomb, etc.)
• Think of three positive things you can share
with a surveyor; something you or your
department is doing extremely well or
that you are proud of as part of the BHSF
family.
