Chemical Hazards: Labeling

All hazardous chemicals are marked with a warning label. Each chemical also comes with
        Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
The SDS gives important warning and safety information, including:

        • Chemical composition
        • Manufacturer
        • Hazards

        • Toxicities
        • Personal protective equipment to be used

        • Clean-up / Accidental Release
        • Treatment for exposure

Your unit should file an SDS for each hazardous chemical used, in case the
electronic SDS database, internal phone system, or other means of obtaining
             the SDS are unavailable.
