Patients and families have the right . . .
To report concerns about patient care and safety at
any of our facilities, by contacting a Baptist Health
supervisor or Patient and Guest Services.
If the concerns have not been resolved, they can
notify The Joint Commission and/or AHCA.
NOTE: For assistance in honoring patient requests
for medical information contact Patient and Guest
Services or a Baptist Health supervisor.

• Make decisions about their medical care
• Competent care
• Religious and social freedom
• Accurate bills for services provided
• Complain and be heard
• Access, amend, and obtain disclosures to medical information
• Receive visitors
• Freedom from restraints
• Pain management
