Maintaining a Culture of Privacy
At Baptist Health we are proud to have and to maintain a Culture of Privacy. Our patients TRUST
Baptist Health and KNOW that we will take very good care of them and that during the process
we will take very good care of their information.
The concepts we have reviewed should continue to be a part of your day-to-day job
responsibilities.
Remember that all of these concepts really boil down to one simple concept . . . TRUST. Trust is
what is placed in our hands every time we take care of a patient or when we perform a task that
helps one of our colleagues take care of a patient. Ensuring that we safeguard health information
reinforces that trusting relationship we have with our patients and their families.
Thank you for your support and the role you play to secure our patients' data. Your contributions
play an important part in our commitment to protecting our patients' information.
