Compliance Program
Baptist Health promotes ethical behavior and
monitors activities through its Corporate Compliance
Program. The Audit and Compliance Department
oversees the Corporate Compliance Program.
The Corporate Compliance Program is designed to
include the elements outlined in the U.S. Federal
Sentencing Guidelines.
The seven elements of an effective
compliance program are:
