Baptist Health's participation in voluntary public reporting demonstrates its
commitment to being publicly accountable for the services it provides. We are
committed to having our quality, safety, and satisfaction performance measurements
fall within the top ten percent of all measures.
We believe that publicly reported data improves patient care, patient safety, and
patient satisfaction. Evidence of our commitment to these metrics is shown by basing
staff/leader bonuses partially on these outcomes.
At Baptist Health, there is always room for improvement. So, we constantly look for
ways to promote evidence-based practices that help reduce costs and unnecessary
wastes or improve clinical care and the patient experience.
