Reporting Suspected Violations
As an employee of Baptist Health, you have a responsibility to report suspected
violations of the Code of Ethics. Making a report in good faith gives us the opportunity
to investigate the matter and take corrective action, if warranted.
Our reputation depends upon you doing your part to report any questionable actions or
suspected violations of the Code of Ethics.
Making a Report
If you have observed something that you think might be a violation of our Code of
Ethics, you should report it to any of the following contacts:
• Any supervisor, manager, or executive
• Audit and Compliance
• Legal Department
• Your Human Resource Site Director
• Your Compliance Liaison - located in the Risk
Management Department
• Email ContactCompliance@BaptistHealth.net
The telephone contact numbers are available in the Code of Ethics and on the Audit and
Compliance Department website.
Anyone making a report in good faith is protected from retaliation for making that
report.
