Employees must not discuss confidential business
information with anyone outside Baptist Health.
The availability of electronic records brings with it increased
potential for inappropriate access.
Employees must take every precaution to safeguard
against unauthorized access to electronic records.
Passwords issued to an employee are for that employee’s
use only. Care must be taken to protect the confidentiality of
passwords assigned to you.
